This Barrier Canyon Style panel has the classic features of the style: Large anthropomorphic figures, snakes and birds, and small zoomorphic helper-figures hovering nearby. The large figure in the center is slowly being covered up by water stain and it is likely other figures on the left side of this panel are now gone.
The nearly life-size figure on the right holding a snake, (see closeup, below) has concentric circles on its chest and a plant-like headdress. Tiny birds circle the headdress and another bird flies off on its left. This figure is a favorite of photographers and artists - I've even seen metal sculptures of it.
